After researching where the major music venues and music learning environments reside within San Diego, the population breakdown of San Diego by its various jurisdictions, and the various methods that population travels by within San Diego, it is clear that the site must be within the Downtown boundaries to reach its ultimate exposure and impact on a local, regional, national, and even international level.
